Intentional Consumption: A Sip Trees Event with a High Tea Flower Experience

Welcome, my friends, to an exploration of intentional consumption that will leave you with a renewed appreciation for the wonders of nature. In our quest for unique and high-lightening experiences, we stumbled upon a hidden gem known as Sip Trees—a captivating event that combined the artistry of high tea with the aromatic wonders of pure flower tea. Join us as we recount our delightful experience at the Sip Trees event held at La Fleur Cafe on Friday, May 19th hosted by Eighth Flower.

Now, let's set the scene. La Fleur Cafe is not your run-of-the-mill coffee joint. Oh no, my friends. Tucked away in the back, it harbors a secret speakeasy that offers a tempting array of flowers, edibles, and vape pens for the curious souls out there. But on this fateful evening, our sights were set on something a little different—a curated High Tea Flower tasting that promised to transport us to another realm of flavor and relaxation.

The ticket to this magical affair included a plethora of delights, ensuring that our senses would be thoroughly indulged. We were treated to a pre-roll, a cup of Eighth Flower Cannatea, a tantalizing array of healthy snacks, and the added bonus of access to an open smoke bar. This was not your ordinary tea party—it was an elevated experience that celebrated the intricate flavors and therapeutic benefits of flowers. We were ready to immerse ourselves in the world of intentional consumption.

As the event kicked off, we were greeted with a mini cup of Peach Tea infused with CBD. The tea greeted our eyes with a gentle, light tan hue that whispered of the fruity pleasures hidden within. Its faint peach aroma immediately whisked us away to summer days and childhood memories of

peach gummy rings. With each sip, a strong, authentic peach taste enveloped our senses, reminding us of the simple joys in life. The soothing presence of CBD added a subtle layer of relaxation, setting the tone for the enchantment that awaited us. What's fascinating about this event is that the teas were served without honey, allowing us to experience their true flavors in their purest form.

The first flower on our tasting journey was named "Gushers." Its warm and spicy scent beckoned us to delve further. Without honey, we discovered a faint fruit taste accompanied by a light brown color. But hold on, because here's where it gets interesting: when honey was introduced, the taste profile underwent a fascinating transformation. Suddenly, we were treated to a grape, floral, and woody experience that took us by surprise. It's amazing how a simple addition can unlock hidden layers of flavor, isn't it? And as an added bonus, this flower is known to offer benefits for anxiety and depression—a little mood booster in a cup.

Next in line was the house brand "RS-11," affectionately known as Rainbow Sherbet #11. Its light color beckoned us to explore its citrusy, floral, and jasmine-infused aroma. Without honey,

the tea treated us to an earthy and grassy taste, grounding us in nature's embrace. But let me tell you, once we added honey, the real magic happened. Suddenly, we were sipping on a delicate bouquet of flowers, feeling utterly at peace with the world. It was like stepping into a secret garden of flavors. And guess what? This flower is said to have sedative properties, along with anti-anxiety and anti-inflammatory benefits. Quite the package, if you ask me!

Last but not least, we encountered the final flower "Ya Hemi," another house brand creation from La Fleur. Its light opaque color intrigued us, while the scent of wet

cedar teased our senses. Without honey, the tea treated us to a light cereal fruit loops taste, reminiscent of carefree mornings. But when honey entered the equation, the flavors transformed into a bowl of cereal fruity pebbles swimming in creamy milk. Talk about a breakfast experience worth savoring! And let's not forget the benefits—this flower is known to offer relief from anxiety, depression, and stress. A soothing cup of tea indeed!

As the evening drew to a close, we marveled at the intentional consumption we had experienced. Intentional consumption is an art form that allows us to savor the flavors and benefits nature has to offer. The Sip Trees event with its High Tea Flower tasting provided a unique opportunity to explore the depths of various flowers which took us on a captivating voyage revealing their nuanced medicinal benefits and terpene profile effects. We left with a renewed appreciation for the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into creating these exquisite tea blends.

On to the next intentional experience. .
